Suryani Services
Microsoft Application Development
In addition to dominating the market for desktop PC software, Microsoft also offers a number of Business Solutions that integrate with these desktop products and provide excellent solutions for many business needs. Suryani has taken the initiative to acquire an expertise in most of Microsoft's offerings. We ensure our customers that they have a reliable partner to get the job done when they either want to employ a Microsoft Business Solution or desire to expand on a solution already in use.
Even though these products provide excellent solutions, it is very rare that they will work right out of the box. They must be customized to meet your unique needs as well as integrated into your current IT structure. In addition, considerable configuration and testing is required to insure proper operation of this software. Below we have listed some examples of applications we have integrated for our clients. Please keep in mind; these are only examples of a very large portfolio of comprehensive experience:
Navision
With Microsoft Navision, you can synchronize sales, marketing, and ordering with Microsoft Office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Outlook. Contact, task, meeting, and e-mail information appear directly within the Microsoft Navision screen. In addition, real-time information about all your contacts can help you identify key accounts and target marketing efforts.
Microsoft Navision helps small and midsize businesses streamline distribution processes and improve inventory management and warehouse efficiency. Key capabilities include item tracking, multiple location logistics, bills of materials, transfers, item substitutions, and warehouse management ranging from internal picking to shipping and delivery. By using the XML document exchange feature, Commerce Gateway, Microsoft Navision streamlines processes, helping you communicate with your supply chain partners more quickly and effectively, even if they are using a different system. In addition, it uses extensible business reporting language (XBRL) to export financial reports across all software and technologies to streamline the exchange of financial data.

Microsoft Content Management Server
Many Web sites in existence today utilize static, file-based content. In many instances the content is authored directly within the published pages on the Web site, using standard Web design and authoring tools. As well, many content management products that use template-based layouts render pages as physical flat files with content embedded in-line with the template layouts; these files are generated during a publishing event. When a subscriber views the site, these files are browsed directly.
In the case of MCMS, content is accessed dynamically in real time, through the use of templates and the underlying Content Repository. The resulting pages are visually indistinguishable from flat file-based pages. What, then, are the reasons for using a dynamic content model over a flat file model?
